GTB brought us in to help out with their legendary Ford brand integration program for American Idol TV series. Over four seasons we created storylines, sourced talent and supervised production for in-show videos starring the American Idol cast. Shoot on Sunday and deliver to network the following Wednesday. Wow. Fast paced storytelling. Here is a 'best of' from the last four seasons of the show.

‘Idols Go Create’ is an opportunity for the Idols to have some fun and discover new talents. Each Sunday the Idols will travel to meet a noted creative social influencer who will have an engaging activity for them to take on. Working together, the Influencers and the Idols will create some surprising and entertaining social content.

Ford | American Idol Integration Season 14

For Ford's 2015 America Idol integrations the Idols were paired up with social influencers to create unique content to be featured during the American Idol broadcast. Ron worked with the creatives at GTB’s Branded Content group to create and produce a series of creative partnerships between the Idols and some very popular and interesting creators like Vine's Zach King, Snapchatter Shonduras and YouTube scientist Destin Sandlin.

Ford | American Idol Integration Season 13

GTB invited Ron back for another season of fast paced storytelling for American Idol 13. This year they sent the Idol Finalist on a series of road trips around LA prompting them to give the audience a peek into who they really are away from the rigors of the stage. A real collaborative effort to knock out eight videos in eight weeks. We tip our hats to the many talented creatives at GTB and the total pros at Radical Media.

 
 

IDOLS JOIN the FIESTA MOVEMENT

Ford | American Idol Integration Season 12

Our good friends at GTB pulled Ron into join the creative team to integrate their massively successful social program ‘The Ford Fiesta Movement’ into Ford’s sponsorship of American Idol season twelve. Together they created eight Fiesta Missions for the American Idol cast to take on – one video a week for eight weeks. The videos played in-show during the finals rounds of the competition. The integration was a smash success both on and offline.
