Share A Safe Ride

The rapid growth of ride sharing bought with it new challenges. Uber came to us in partnership with RAINN, the nation's largest anti-sexual violence organization, to help them develop safety guidelines for both drivers and passengers. Working on a mobile platform whenever a driver or passenger filed a complaint, Uber sent the offending party one of five animated videos that addressed the nature of that occurrence. Our task was to keep it simple and informative and to include an interactive response element to make sure the offending individual(s) review and retain the guidance in order to keep from being suspended from the service.
