And Jim, we actually used only one teleprompter glass (and camera) for the talent and just had a camera and adjacent monitor for the director. It wasn’t the true interotron set up, but it worked in giving the illusion that the interviewer was looking right back at the talent. There are definitely better how to’s on the web, but this was our work around to only affording the one teleprompter rig (As well as using an older camera we had on hand. We love recycling .

Hi Jim. Thanks for your interest. Basically you need two monitors, two cameras, and telepromter glass. We got ours from Prompter People. Some pics are up already. Hope this helps a little.
