After a nine day journey placing long term time-lapse cameras in different locations along the Colorado River’s path – Mark Decena, John Behrens, Forrest Pound and Fearghal ODea are homeward bound. Mark and John flew out a day early, while Forrest and Fearghal continued home with the production vehicle. They’ll reach the Bay Area later tonight.
In the above pictures you’ll see:
* Forrest, Fearghal and John setting the first long term time-lapse camera. Safety harnessed, of course.
* Forrest, Fearghal and John setting the third time-lapse of snow melt.
* Mark and Fearghal accepting the gift from their river guide friend, Karen Nelson, of a half day raft trip on the Colorado.
* How 34 degree weather drove them into a Motel their last 2 nights in Granby, CO.
All five cameras are set, now we have to do the wait and see. We’ll be seeing you later this summer Colorado.
